How do I private message (PM) in the community
Regards,
@Anonymous
I have sent you a message with my number.
@Anonymous
I sent you a message - apparently the rollout of the ultrafast hasn't been completed on my account, even though I received an email and text to say it had been. He said somebody would text or email to say when it was complete.
Can you please confirm?
Thanks.

We understand that you've already performed the troubleshooting, but still getting the same speed.
Please understand that this is an ongoing project, which may not reflect right away as we need to make sure that it will not affect the NBN service of our customers.
Give it a few more weeks to make sure that all necessary adjustments have been done to improve your connection speed and experience.
Thank you for your patience.

I got the email about the free speed boost. I’m on FTTP NBN plan, so I feel like I should be able to achieve max speed, however my speed has only increased by 20mbs.
see silly. Definitely not 2x more my normal speed of 55mbs
I had the same issue as others have described, check the ethernet port light (depending on modem model I have the Arris CM8200). The ethernet port light was flashing orange (100Mb port speed) not green (1000Mb port speed). Because my router is a fair distance from my modem due to the location of my HFC/cable port I was using long (5 metres) Cat 6 cables (I tried 2 with the same result). Once I moved the router and NBN modem closer together and used a 2 metre cable instead, voila 1000Mb port speed on the modem, and speed tests went from 100Mb/sec to around 250Mb/sec. Swapped cables out to test and straight back down to 100Mb with port light changing back to orange. So, try using a good quality shorter cable and see if that does anything. If you have a different modem you can check the WAN port speed of your router to see if it's set at 100Mb or 1Gb per second.
My speed still hasn't changed a month after we were told it was upgraded. Any news?

@Riezl We've already done this last month and there was no problem, they just said that it hadn't been finished yet, so I'm wondering if it's been finished now. They ran through everything and there was no point to that because it's all working fine at my end - it just needs to be switched over to the ultrafast plan at your end.
