Yes we got SIM card as well but told the person I didn't really need it. He just said he'll send it anyway and it will only be activated if we use it and that there is no charge or upfront fees. Tbh we really don't need it as I'm locked into a contract with Optus. But the guy said when my contract ends I couldn't use it if I felt it was better than what I pay now for my mobile.
