I have a personal email address which I have set up and would like to arrange for my TPG emails to be forwarded to this address going forward.
How do I set this up? There is no option on the TPG Post Office settings.

We offer Email forwarding plan that will cost you $27.50 per year.
You may contact our Customer support team on 1300 993 011 or send us a PM with your preferred time and best number to be contacted and will arrange it for you.

Some feedback for your account management teams. Incredibly TPG does not have any way to allow an existing customer to have an Email Forwarding Plan associated with their NBN email account and after (another) painful hour on the phone to your support, terminations team etc the only outcome is to disconnect an NBN service that we don't have any issue with, just so we can get Email Forarding on the associated email address.
Sounds a little crazy to me. Would be happy to take your call if you have another solution otherwise regrettably will be moving to another NBN provider next week it seems...

We offer Email forwarding plan but it will be a standalone E-mail Only Account. We do not have a feature to forward the incoming emails to inactivate E-mail address. We can see that you have been in contact with one of our Account Specialists Team and discussed the available options. Let us know should you require further assistance.

The account specialists, technical support, sales team, disconnection teams succeeded in keeping me on the phone for over an hour as I was handed off from one to the other without any solution offered.
The requirement is very simple, I have an email @TPG.com.au email address that I need any emails received forwarded to another email address outside the TPG network.
Is this something you can do?

Hi Shane the messages were from me (account name @opg). I have emailed the postmaster address as you suggested and await their reply.
