Hi @mintech

Welcome to the Community!

Are you using the Outlook email client or their webmail? If via webmail, what browser are you using?

Are you able to send out emails using the TPG Post Office?

What troubleshooting have you tried so far?

Since last Wednesday evning I can't send emails, but I'm receiving emails.

Using Outlook Office 365 / Windows 10

yes, I'm able to to send out emails using the TPG Post Office

Restarting modem and resending emails … no success

I’ve send about 4 – 5 emails to TPG asking for assistance

I’ve spoken about 4 - times with TPG and email department was going to call me back – they’ve called once but immediately hanging call

Error 525 – Host server error

Hi @mintech

Have you also tried resetting or changing your Email account password?

If not, please try it first. Then try to send out emails after a few minutes.

If it's done and you are still not able to send our emails, then send me a PM with your TPG username or customer ID number.

If you're using a VPN, turn it off. My Outlook 365 will not send when using Express VPN

Just to confirm, are you using a VPN or just the normal connection from our service?

Hi @mintech . In the picture you posted, it shows www.tpg.com.au. This is nothing to do with mail server, Outlook would not know of this. It should be using mail.tpg.com.au.

It is using mail.tpg.com.au

@mintech . You can try turning on detailed logging in Outlook. The SMTP log may have useful info. There are Microsoft articles to activate logging and the location of the logging files. You can copy and paste the SMTP file here. Just X out your email address in the text.
