Intermittent Service in ACT

Hi. We have been experiencing repeated drop outs to our broadband service in Ngunnawal over the last week. We have rebooted our router and the NBN box a number of times with no improvement. Could you please advise further troubleshooting or possible reasons?

We were able to locate your account using your community details and have seen the logs that shows your connection drops.

We've raised this to our Engineers for further investigation as we're not able to detect any fault within the NBN network. Updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours as soon as it becomes available.
