Get online support
Experiencing very slow to non-existent internet over the last month. Was working fine before.
Have to click links several times before the request goes through and page begins to slowly load. Sometimes works without issue however most of the time very slow and interimittent. When it impacts my work it becomes very frustrating.

Issue was related to NBN roll-out. Had both TPG tech and then Telstra tech check the lines and find issues. seems to be workin fine now.

We checked the account and confirm that the service is stable, but the sync speed of your modem is quite low.
We've arranged a call from our Tech team tomorrow between 10AM - 11AM for further checking.
