Hi Guys!
Yes we do have a fibre cut affecting Modbury SA at this time. 3rd party contractor were performing works that have destroyed Telstra/NBN conduits which inturn took out our fibre network in that area. This has resulted in multiple carriers being impacted
We attempted in hauling a new cable early this morning however was unsuccessful.
NBN currently onsite opening up the trench with NDD and we have all available resources onsite shortly to attempt making a path during the daylight hours.
We are treating this as a critical fault which we are attempting to repair ASAP however we are unable to provide an ETA due to the amount of works that need to happen for it to be resolved. We are also looking to mitigate impact if there is a quick solution to minimise impact.

What's the best number to call you guys. Nobody is answering this number 131423. Automated voice has been put on loop and it's not helpful.
If i call tpg sales probably you would pick up the phone immediately. Once we become your customer, no proper response.

We are still exposing the damaged section of conduit. Our contractors are rodding and roping both directions as we speak in preperation of the new cable.
In relation to fixing it yourself I doubt this would work as the backhaul fibre has been cut
