Hi There,
I have upgraded my plan from 100mbps to 200 mbps but speed hasn't changed at all.
I have recieved the confirmation from TPG saying that it has upgraded to new plan. I have been testing with Ethernet/LAN connection (not using wifi.)
can you guys please confirm the change and advise me if anything else i need to do ?

We checked the account and can confirm that the service is properly provisioned with the NBN Home Superfast upgrade.
