We have just signed up to a NBN FTTN 50 plan, I thought we were going to have a download speed of at least 20mbps, but we are only getting 3.71mbps.... have we done something wrong perhaps??

If you could please let me know some things to check that would be great,

Hi @kpawley85 . With FTTN, you can check the DSL stats in the router (Advanced/Status). It shows the physical down and up speeds on the phone line to the node and other performance figures. Speeds are affected by your distance to the node. Low speeds could indicate a line fault.

Best check on download speed is with a computer connected by cable to the router.
