Internet connection down since 11 Nov

My internet connection has been down since yesterday.  The ADSL light kept blinking. Please assist, thank you.

No problem, 
I assume it's just  the FTTN Modem,connected to the outlet ?
Was this a result after a recent storm etc,. ?

Our Tech team tried to call you earlier today to no avail.

We've escalated the case to our Engineering team for further investigation and updates will be given within 24 to 48 hours via SMS or phone call as soon as it becomes available.
