Internet keeps dropping out

Just upgraded to a nbn100 plan yday night and my internet drops out every hour or so

 

Every time I have to reset the router --> turning it off and on 

 

Does anyone know why and is there a solution

Which connection are you on?
FTTC
FTTN
FTTP
HFC?

Nvm i have hfc i just checked
