Get online support
I have ran a test onf 5G and wifi2.4 to get a real comparison.
while there is improvement to the 5G connection I still get speed below 35Mbps - Disappointing when I'm paying for a 50Mbps !@#$%^&
Kids are not even streaming (gaming) at the moment, no one is on Netflix, we are all just WFH (browsing, emails, chats) and learning from home (browsing primarily).
I have not done a test with a LAN cable but I should not have to. My MacBook Pro doesnt even have a LAN port (without having to buy an adaptor).
What other suggestions do you have?
Hi @ivo2002
I can see your connection pretty stable for the last 8 hours. looks like some firmware update gone through,
I am monitoring your connection now.
Thanks

If you check the logs for the last 24 hours you will see dropouts.
The last dropout occurred at about 9-9.30pm last night from memory.
Then yesterday through the day I lost internet a couple of times in the 8.30 to 4pm timeframe. I remember cause I was trying to work.

Hi Rajeen,
I have yet to hear from the engineering team regarding my ticket number.
It has been 2 days, will they be in contact soon, or will I have to reach out to them?
Ticket number is in the PM you sent me.
Cheers,
Josh
Hi @Eooker
I made some changes your line, you will see some disconnections during these changes,
should be stable now on,
please send me a PM if still dropping,
please make sure you are using the grey colour shorter cable from NCD(NBN BOX) to the wall socket, otherwise, possible drops, when Modem handle heavy traffics, especially at night times
Thanks
Rajen
