Internet not working

My NBN internet has stopped workingly suddenly. I have been trying to reach 24X7 support but couldn't get through just the boring music and automated response.

I checked it on the www.nbnco.com.au and it states that "nbn® Fibre to the Premises (FTTP) has been used in your connection to the nbn network".

So it's FTTP.

If you are on FTTP there is an NBN 'NTD' bos near your installation.
Are the power and Optical LEDs on?
What other lights are on?

Power and UNI-D 1 lights are on.
Optical LED is blinking.

I checked the service status on your website and my nearby suburb has been listed as "Reported". Will it affect my home as well?
