Hi, mate, I have the same problem with you, paid for high speed, but slow for me or disconnected every day, feel sick for this, I need to work at home, only can use my phone data, call helpline no one pick up, send an email no one reply, can we NOT pay for the fee to TPG?

Its seems NBN port issue, and I did some changes on to it,
