Internet problem - regular drop out

Hi There I am on the high speed package but the internet keeps dropping out continually throughout the day and night. I can’t seem to get more than an hour before the internet drops out. The wifi is working and I have reset it many times. Nothing seems to work. I lodged a malfunction report on 20/04 via the app but it still hadn’t been resolved. Nobody is there to talk to via phone. I’d like to get this resolved asap as I work from home and need reliable internet connection.

Hi, mate, I have the same problem with you, paid for high speed, but slow for me or disconnected every day, feel sick for this, I need to work at home, only can use my phone data, call helpline no one pick up, send an email no one reply, can we NOT pay for the fee to TPG?

     Its seems NBN port issue, and I did some changes on to it,
its looking right now, please send me a PM, if you still got issues
