Certainly not the outcome we're expecting. 

 

Our Engineering Team is awaiting the final report from the NBN field technician who attended on-site today. 

 

Unfortunately, no technician can be sent on the same address on the same day however we do note that the service is still not working. 

 

An Engineer should be in touch with you today to advise of the next step.

The internet is not usable today. Please fix this.

Im using a wired connection.
The internet is extremely slow.
The connection always drops out before a webpage could finish loading.
Maximum speed is currently 16Kbps.

Most website will not load.

I need someone to fix this as soon as possible.
