Get online support
We have been having issues with our TPG HFC NBN for the past 4-5 days. This past Sat-Sun were supposed to have been a maintenance outage but it never happened and since then we have been having intermittant internet. And the speed goes very high to slow as snail and then dead.
Does anyone else from our area (2076) have the same issue? There is no NBN outage at the moment.(or is there and they are not posting it!!)
Can anyone from TPG help here???

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.
Check our Service Status page for any known outages. If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage
If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link:
