Is there a down in broadband in Cronulla again. No internet all weekend. I am running out of patien.

Hi,

I live in Cronulla and have had trouble the last couple of days and today most of the day have have had to use my data on my phone. I also went over my data on my phone so had no internet at all and had to top up the data with them with another $20. If the wifi was working this wouldn’t have happened. Did you get an answer from them at all?

Have you checked your set up?

The power adaptor is the correct one.

 

You can lodge a fault by myTPG app.
