Get online support

Is there no customer support at TPG?

Hi, I would like to apologise in advance for my attitude but I am sure that after I have finished explaining you will understand why I feel nothing but frustration.
I don't even know where to begin. I've spent perhaps about 10 hours trying to contact someone from tpg over the past week and I've managed to get through once but to not have my problem resolved.
I also contacted someone on here about a problem I was having with my connection to my house months ago only to be told I don't have an active account with TPG, which clearly I do...

Anyway I will start with this problem. After the recent storms in Brisbane my black nbn box is fried, no lights turn on, I've tried the reset button etc. I managed to get a hold of customer service who were able to see there was a valid connection to my house. The lady on the phone agreed she had to get a technician out to my house to see what was wrong with my nbn box. About 2-3 days later I get a text saying it has been confirmed there is no issue with my connection and if I still have problems to reply to that text which I replied saying that we already knew that on my first call but I still have no lights on my nbn box and it's not working. Of course no reply. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service since then for a week with no answer and it won't even let me log into tpg to put an online request in because apparently I don't have an account.

So basically nobody is willing to help me resolve my problem and are constantly ignoring me. I'm at the point where I want to cancel my service since there actually is no service. I'm paying for Internet I am unable to use but there is no one working in customer service to help cancel my account.

I have exactly the same problem!!! Customer support at TPG is absolutely useless.

hey... same problem... called 4 times and told to wait 24 hrs 4 times only to get an sms saying my internet is working fine 4 times... but my modem was fried too... so can't get hold of anyone to help so trying to apply for 5g broadband... and that was 5 days ago...

Forget this. If I don't hear back by tomorrow I'm going straight to the ombudsman. This is ridiculous. I've even tried cancelling my membership but I can't even get through to do that. Thankfully I have proof of the now 13 hours I've spent on hold, the length I've gone without service and this thread and proof I'm being ignored. I suggest everyone else with the same problems do the same.
