Hi,
I would like to cancel my TPG wireless internet connection.
Had a call with one of the customer reps on 3rd March and asked them to guide me with the cancellation process.
They gave me an email (cancel@tpg.com.au) and asked for a few details. But, somehow I am unable to send the email from my Gmail account as it seems that the email (cancel@tpg.com.cu) is temporarily unavailable to receive the emails).
Is it possible to help with this request and complete the cancellation request today on priority?
