Over the past few weeks (as a new customer) occasionally I lose the internet.
The 4G connection always appears to be operating.
The router is operating fine in every other way.
I have found that restart of router may solve the problem but not always.
Same thing just happened today. 3.30 pm and lost internet. Once the connection fails I need to restart the modem to get the internet back. It surprises me that the 4G connection cannot recover automatically and also restart the internet.
For connection issues, we recommend the best thing to do first is to check if there's an outage.
