Moving Home - unable to complete online

Hi,

 

I tried to initiate a service relocation via my online account but i keep getting an error. I've also tried calling but cannot get through as you've limited your service? I've also tried initiating a chat but i get another error stating that it's too busy and to try again.. not exactly many options available. 

 

Can you please get in touch as i'm moving home and need to relocate NBN.
