Hi,
I am also moving houses and need to transfer my existing TPG connection. I am moving from existing TPG NBN bundle connection to new TPG FTTB service. I am not able to initiate the home movement request, could you please advise how did u submit this home movement request online. chat support team has asked me to send an email to relocation@tpg.com.au team. I send the home movement request email to them on 20 /04/2020 but nothing has happened yet

I checked your adress. There must be an NBN box (ARRIS BOX ) in your place.
Can you please confirm.?

Yes there is a box. This is a very good question.
I wouldn't sign up and paid for my NBN to be connected without having a box outside my house.
Man if your going to help please do, otherwise don't ask silly questions.
