My NBN 25 connection has constant drop outs of between 5 - 60 minutes every day. It's at different times of the day and I have done all the trouble-shooting steps, reset the router and checked the nbnco page for outages (none listed). I have been a TPG customer for over 20 years and this never happened with my old ADSL2 connection. Please help asap.

NBNco technician never turned up for appointment arranged by TPG. Connection was okay for a week or so, but back to regular dropouts again for the past few days. Need a stable connection for my HFC NBN service. Can you arrange a new tech visit?
NBNco technician didn't show up for appointment on Oct 12th as arranged by you. Connection was okay for a week or so, but we are back to numerous dropouts throughout the day. Really need a stable HFC connection for NBN 25 plan. Can you please reinstate the case number and investigate further. Thanks.
