Get online support
My NBN FTTC SL connection has been down since this morning (1 Jan 2024). There is no NBN outage at my address. I am located in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney. My modem router is: TP-Link Archer VR 1600 v.2.0. Up until now the connection has been pretty good. I have phoned TPG and am still on hold with no answer for almost an hour. Is there a general outage with TPG in this area? How can I get someone from TPG on the phone? I've been on hold for ages!

How's your connection? Is it back?
If not, try to perform a quick reboot to your modem/router.
In case it is still not working, just send us a private message with your account details and we'll take it from there.
