NBN FTTN frequent disconnections

Hi TPG

 

I am getting frequent disconnections to the internet over the last month. I have a Huawei HG659 modem running as a modem and a Netgear Orbi RBK50 system for wireless connectivity. 

 

The errors from the system log are as follows

2022-12-22 21:50:07SystemNoticeWAN connection INTERNET_TR069_VOICE_R_VID_2:IPv4 connected.
2022-12-22 21:50:05SystemNoticeDSL connection is activated.
2022-12-22 21:47:33SystemNoticeWAN connection INTERNET_TR069_VOICE_R_VID_2:IPv4 disconnected.(ERROR_NO_CARRIER)
2022-12-22 21:47:33SystemNoticeDSL connection is deactivated .

 

Please advise solution for this.

TPG and NBN Co show no NBN downtime during any of these DSL connection deactivations.

I wasn't able to send another private message apparently - so I've had to reach out again through the forum.

 

We had the engineer out earlier today, however we still got a line disconnection in the evening.

 

Please see logs below, engineer disconnected service at 1548 and reconnected at 1616, however we had another dropout at 2203
