NBN bundle and phone not working again

URGENT. I am carer of chronically Ill person in mascot and can't call them to check welfare because yet again the TPG NBN bundle and phone doesnt work. This is pathetic in a developed country. Back to reliable Telstra. Meantime TPG and NBN lift your game. How hard is it. Get my internet working. Even the supposed tech support call back never happens.

I already did reboot the modem.  The reboot was normal.


All LEDs are green.

Sorry to learn that you are still having issues with the homephone. 


Recent test showed that the homephone is provisioned correctly and should work as your internet is working, too.
