Recent tests do not indicate any line fault or outage in the area that could impact your connection. Your modem's session also appears to be stable.

We have raised the issue to our Engineering team for further investigation as there is no line fault detected. Dropouts were present however, we are yet to determine the cause.
Please ensure to keep the modem connected and powered on for remote testing purposes. Updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.
