We have the same modem. I purchased the Netgear Nighthawk X6 AC2200 Tri-Band WiFi Mesh Extender to extend the signal upstairs and it works amazing. Installation is easy.

Got this email and text message about complimentary 6 month internet speed boost which is with up to 2 times the estimated Typical Evening Speeds compared to my current plan from 10/02 to 10/08/2021 but looks like nothing has change with the speed. Tried the TPG online Speedtest at 12:13 midnight when everyone is as sleep but looks like nothing has change download 106.4 Mbps upload 42.6 Mbps http://tpg.speedtestcustom.com/result/203882e0-6dfd-11eb-8b36-05aa370244b9

I have NBN Superfast plan but I really don’t feel the speed of this plan and now it is totally dead. I’m now considering changing service provider.

No NBN connection around 10pm. I checked the NBN Co. Website for any service interruption but no scheduled maintenance here in our address in Tarneit. Tried hard resetting the modem several time but still no connection.
