Hi all,
Been having issue with NBN connection and been on hold for more than 1 hour. Tried call back option and the earliest is mid day Sunday.
NBN has been down since last nite after thunderstorms and lightning. Conncetion light keep blinking blue and red, making clicking sound and keep restarting. I have done the standard troubleshoot procedures, restart, plug and unplug, check on nbn website for outage (no know outage). Nothing is helping. Can someone help, need connection urgently.
