NBN not working

Hi moderators,
My NBN is not working, despite having switched On/off and rechecked all physical connections.
All light indicators on the modem are all flashing.
Can someone please help?

Your service was affected by an NBN network outage, which was resolved by replacing the faulty Load Power Supply within the exchange.
