Hello? Why is it so hard to get in contact with someone? Our service went down 36 hours ago and we can't get in contact with tech support. I just got hung up on for the THIRD time after spending an hour on hold. Ive lodged faults thru the app, Ive waited for call backs... What more can I do? Can somebody PLEASE contact me. This is beyond a joke.

I can see you NBN-HFC NTD is down.

I have lodged a fault with our engineers, and someone will call you within 24-48hrs.

I have PMed you your fault reference number.
