Get online support

NBN speed under 0.8Mbps

Hi,
I am on a fttn SL bundle standard plan. We use the TPG supplied modem Archer vr1600.
Our general internet speed is around 10Mbps. But today it's been under 0.8Mbps for a few hours now.
I checked the NBN outages status -none.
I have restarted the modem several times.
No changes within our home settings.
There must be something wrong in the line connection.
Could you please investigate &advise.

Thanks for your response. Our internet connection was unusable when it went down to speeds between 0.3 & 0.7Mbps & I had to call TPG for immediate support.
Thankfully, the TPG member investigated & resolved the network issue for us. I'm happy with the professionalism & level of support.
