NBN speeds

Although not affected by floods in Canberra the wet weather typical results in slower nbn speeds.  For the last few weeks my NBN 50 plan hasn't delivered much about 10Mbps and today about 2-3 Mbps.  The usual speed would be 35-40Mbps.  
Is there any way to have the line tested to confirm the problem?

Hi @jpflett,

I've ran remote tests and results indicated that the line speed may have become lower. We are yet to determine the cause of the low download rate since FTTN speeds are affected due to the infrastructure limitation of the legacy copper network. 

The issue is now raised to our Engineering team for further investigation. Please ensure to keep the modem connected and powered on for remote testing purposes.
