Hi,

 

We had internet working fine then we started getting drop outs and now its completely off.

 

The DSL light is off, the Internet light is occasionally on, but we have no internet

Woken to no Internet. Restarted modem but still nothing.

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage. Check our Service Status page for any known outages. 

 

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: Troubleshooting No Internet Connection

 

It appears that nbn is experiencing an unplanned network outage which is affecting some services in your area. A tech has been assigned to attend and is scheduled to arrive on site.

I've managed to locate yout account using your Community details and recent update indicated that the connection issue is now raised to our Enginering Team for further investigation. 

 

Please ensure to leave the modem connected and turned on for remote testing purposes. 

 

Further updates will be provided via phone call or SMS.

The NBNCO site says theres no longer an outage but we still have no internet

Tried new cables, switched on and off, unplugged/re-plugged
