No NBN Fixed wireless since midday today (Sunday 24/2)

Red error on ODU since midday today. Over 4 hours now.

Hopetoun Park fixed wireless.

What's going on.

Working now. 5 hours outage duration.

We noticed workers near NBN tower in paddock near us.Is that cause of problem?

Hi @ajmunro,

 

Apologies for the trouble. 

 

NBN Co identified an outage affecting the Fixed Wireless network on 24-Feb which has been restored on 24-Feb 16:24 AEDT. 

 

There was a Circuit breaker malfunctioned on the generator and after NBN technician attended the site and performed a reset, users were able to go back online.
