No NBN Internet connection

Hi

I have received your nbn and Tpg device and I tried to connect it. However, the nbn device only have one light on. I would like to ask someone to help me to connect the device.

There are different types of service class types when it comes to an NBN installation. 

 

Yours is under the Service class type 33 which means it can be remotely activated. However, there are instances that the line needs to be checked further if the connection did not work after the given timeframe.
