No NBN internet connection

Hi, I’ve lost my NBN (HFC) connection. I tried to reboot the modem a few times and it didn’t work.

Is there an NBN outage there? My suburb is West Ryde, NSW.

Hi @pingli315, 

We have been advised by NBN Co that they are currently investigating a network outage impacting the HFC network in Eastwood NSW. 

Troubleshooting demonstrates infrastructure is being impacted by an ongoing power outage. The commercial power supplier has not provided an ETR and advised that the repairs required are complex. 

A dedicated team is monitoring the progress and should provide updates as soon as it becomes available.
