No NBN

Hello,

 

I was wondering if you can please help me. Last my NBN and internet has stopped working / has no connection. There are no lights are on on the NBN box and the internet light on my router is off. 

 

i was wondering if there was outtage in the area or there something wrong with my nbn/internet. 

If there is something wrong with my nbn/internet? is this something that can be fixed?

Hi @meggles77 

 

If there's no light on the NBN box, then it might not be getting any power.

 

Have you tried to connect it to a different power outlet? Are there any damaged on the cables of the NBN box?

Thank you for your reply. And sorry for my late reply. I have been in contact back and forth with my building manager (as i live in an apartment) 

 

The power outlet that it is current plugged to is fine, and I tried another outlet and it still is showing as no power to the box. Also there appears to be no damage to any of the cables.

 

Have gone to the NBNco website and the website informs that if there is any issue with the NBN that I need to be in contact with you as my internet provider.

 

I suppose my next question is what do I do next if my NBN is still showing no power to the box even thought the power outlet is fine and my cables also appear to be fine
