No internet connection to the node

Hello everyone

I really need some help. I have an Asus router modem and I have connected it I can see that everything is working but I am not getting internet at all l, can someone please help me?

I have been having issues for over 3 days now and I finally had a technician come out only to tell me that it was my modem that was fried so I have gotten a new modem and I can't for the life of me get it to work I have done everything that tpg has says and I'm having no luck

Hi @Zha . What type of NBN connection do you have? FTTN?

What is the model number of the new Asus router?

Do you have a Bundled NBN/VOIP plan with TPG or a Data Only plan?
