No internet or phone line connection Tuesday 25 Feb

Hi there

 

No internet or phone line connection since Tuesday 25 Feb. Internet light on the modem doesn't even flash red (no lights). Have checked NBN and TPG sites for possible outages - nothing listed. 

 

Have done ALL of the below already:

 

  • Connect your computer directly to your ADSL modem using Ethernet cable without any router to eliminate possible router or wireless network issues. Still no internet
  • "Power cycle" your ADSL modem. This means turning your modem off and waiting for one minute before turning it back on again. This allows your modem to reestablish connection to our server. Did this several times, the power light is on, WLAN light is on and green but no WAN or Internet light whatsoever

Can you please help me?

If there are no known outages in your area, customers can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link : https://www.tpg.com.au/support/nbn-fttn/problems_connect_internet_nbn_fttn.

 

In your case, our Engineers have tested the connection and appears to be a problem within the NBN line. The case have been lodged with NBN Co and a technician will be booked to fix the service. An assigned Engineer will provide you with the update once available.
