We managed to perform initial test to the service it shows a line fault causing service not to work, we will raise this to our Engineering Team for investigation and assessment.
Could you send us a PM with your best contact number and preferred time so they can provide you an update whenever the test result becomes available.

The issue is now being handled by our Engineering Team. Expect them to provide updates via SMS or Phone call once assessment becomes available.
