Hello, I am trying to connect my NBN. I have plugged the modem into the phone wall socket and power supply. The lights that are lit on the modem are power, 2.4G and 5G. I have no access to the internet atm. Please help.

Your modem is currently online and getting a good connection speed.

 

Please check the service via WiFi and Wired to confirm if the internet is working.
