Get online support
FTTC service just connected.
1. Internet OK
2. Outgoing telephone calls OK.
3. For incoming calls, there is no telephone ring and telephone does not pick the call.
I used a land line telephone and a wireless telephone Uniden Elite (with base station).
Both phones show the same symptom.
4. Please advise possible cause of problem.
