Regular dropouts

Hello,

I have been having regular dropouts lately. Typically in the evening ranging from about 1-20 minutes.

I am using ethernet, so it is not a wifi issue, and my neighbour a couple of doors away (same unit complex) is having the same issues and it always occurs at the same time so I believe it to be a wider issue.

Can someone please look into this for us?
