Router needs to be configure automatically

Hi, i reset my router as there was no internet. But now its stuck at the page saying "your newly installed broadband equipment is waiting to be automatically configured".
Can someone help? I tried to call technical support, but no one available.

Hi @mhkniazi123

 

The modem we provide is pre-configured and should work in a few minutes after setting it up. Though there are instances that it really takes a while to connect to our server, usually it should just be at least 30mins to an hour.

 

For customers experiencing any issues with their service, we recommend the best thing to do first is check if there's an outage.

If you're on NBN, we have created this article that can guide you on How to Check for NBN Network Outage 

 

If there are no known outages in your area, you can proceed with the troubleshooting steps indicated on this link: Troubleshooting No Internet Connection

 

I've managed to run remote tests and it now appears that your internet is working for almost a day now.
