don't bother with them mate.. just switch to Voda or Tesla 5G and everything will be a real "plug-n-play"
We are experiencing the same thing. They provide no solution and just recommends that you cancel after hooking you up with the free trial and giving you the modem. They didnt even send me a new modem or offer such things lol. They just try to get rid of you if you complain a few times
Connection dropping a few seconds every few hours. Definitely not recommended if you are working from home.
