Setting up email account in Outlook 365

Good afternoon,

I have had my email account working previously (after a lot of trial and error as none of the settings suggested in the community worked) and for some reason they are again not working.

I have deleted the account and tried to re add but I am again having the same issues as in the beginning where it won't accept the account settings.  I have tried doing the suggestion of forcing the settings using the run command but that has made no difference either.  


This really should be easier than it is.  Very frustrating that it won't work just using the wizard and password.  I can't find my previous question from last year to check and see if I put in what I eventually used.
