I've been getting very flaky internet connection today and now the speed is even half what you advertised as your average speed for NBN 100.
Can someone please have a check and tell me what's going on?

We tested the line and was not able to detect any fault within the NBN network.
Have you tried to turn off the modem for 30 seconds, turn it back on? If not, try it first as part of basic troubleshooting and to give rest to your device as it's been connected for almost a month now.

If you are using a WiFi connection, signal interference may be causing the issue.

Hi ds888. I seem to recall TPG offering a 100/40 plan which is now 100/20. There are also threads here from users wondering why their upload speed dropped from 30something to the teens. There is bit to be seen on google; search nbn 100/40
