Slow speeds and drop outs

No broadband but fibre to the premises, had an email to say I would be switch to a faster speed for 6 months which is nice but the speeds have been slower then before and I'm having alot of drop outs making it hard for WFH

We were able to locate your account using your community details and tested the line, but was not able to detect any fault within the network.

 

Are you using a WiFi or a Wired connection? Did you notice any changes within the light status of the router when the connection drops out?

What are the troubleshooting that you've performed?

 

Also, may we know the make and model of the router that you are using?
